MUSE Challenge #2

Having run out of time to participate in the inaugural MUSE challenge, I was determined to complete this weeks challenge in time!

Having taken into account some of the users feedback, the rules have slightly altered regarding voting, but the essence is the same.

Here are the simple rules:
  • Use the Muse card as inspiration, explain your interpretation and link back to Muse.
  • Provide supportive comments to at least 3 of your fellow member’s submissions.
  • Vote for 3 of your fellow member's submissions that you find inspiring.
This weeks inspiration comes from Suzanne Dahlberg.

There were three things that struck me about this weeks card:
  1. The shape (loved the rounded top)
  2. Flowers
  3. The bright pink card stock
So I tried to incorporate those elements into my card.

My card stock is a royal purple, I used my CM oval cutters to shape the top of the card and the flowers are Prima flowers, with punched centres and pearls / gems added to them.

  3. That patterned paper is gorgeous, and I love that you used half a doily for the bottom. Very elegant. :)
