A Quick Card

We have a friend who has gone into the hospital as his hip has popped out AGAIN. So I thought I'd whip up a card to take with me when I go visit him in hospital tomorrow.

I used sketch #73 from Freshly Made Sketches for my design.




I had a go at using a blending tool to ink the edges of my circle - need more practise, but not too bad for my first effort.

Here's praying my friend has a super speedy recovery!
